Return & Exchange Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Kissahh. We take great care in producing and checking every piece that leaves our studio, and we want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase.


To keep things fair and sustainable for both you and our small business, please take a moment to review our updated Return & Exchange Policy below.


Return & Exchange Window (14 Days)

You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference-based returns.

This allows us to maintain sustainable production levels and keep our pricing fair for all customers.


Eligible Returns (for Exchange / Store Credit)

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, perfume, or makeup
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return.

Once approved, you may exchange for:

  • The same item in a different size, or
  • Any item of equal or higher value, or
  • Store credit valid for future purchases

Return shipping is borne by the customer.
We will ship out the exchanged item at no additional cost.


Defects, Damages, or Wrong Item Received

We carefully inspect all items, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel
  • Include clear photos or a short video for assessment

If confirmed:

  • We will replace the item at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us
  • A refund may be offered only if the item is out of stock and replacement is not possible

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fairness and hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Sale / discounted items
  • Items purchased using promotional codes (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at kissahhlabels@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/video (if defect or incorrect item)

Our team will respond with approval, instructions, and the return address.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Store Credit

Store credits:

  • Are issued once the returned item is received and inspected
  • Do not expire
  • Can be used online for any future purchase
  • Are non-transferable and non-refundable
